TERMS OF SERVICE

ONLINE PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

All sales are final if the product was used. Exchanges will be offered if products remain unused and are in the original packaging. Image Artistry stands behind its high-quality products and believes in good customer service. If a damaged item is received, please contact customer service at info@imageartistryllc.com for assistance.

All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days so long as the product is in stock. Items out of stock will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as the product arrives.

PRODUCTS
Image Artistry makes every effort to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, there is no guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and electronic displays may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and Image Artistry cannot guarantee that items will be readily in stock. Image Artistry reserves the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Clients agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Clients further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so transactions may be completed, and contact clients as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed necessary. Image Artistry may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. Clients agree to pay all charges at the prices presently in effect at the time of purchase and any applicable shipping fees. Clients authorize Image Artistry and its affiliates to charge the client’s chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing a purchase order. Image Artistry reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if payment has been requested and/or received. Image Artistry reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. Image Artistry may, at its sole discretion, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. Image Artistry reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

SHIPPING POLICY

Image Artistry (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.imageartistryllc.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Site, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

RETURNS

RETURNING DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
Image Artistry does not accept returns unless the received item(s) are damaged. Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Image Artistry will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Refunds will have a 10% restocking fee.

WARRANTY RETURNS
Image Artistry will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Image Artistry to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

DELIVERY TERMS

TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.

TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you choose your carrier at checkout.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are usually dispatched via USPS within 2-3 business days of payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during the standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. BOX SHIPPING
Image Artistry will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using other courier services.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation into the delays.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

DUTIES & TAXES

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied to the price of goods at checkout.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Image Artistry encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Image Artistry at the customer’s expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time prior to the order being dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. First-class packages are not insured.
If a package was not delivered, lost, or stolen please contact the courier with the tracking number that was provided to you and open a claim. Image Artistry is not responsible in any way for a lost, stolen, or undelivered package.

PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

PROCESS FOR PARCEL LOST IN TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
